I decided to enter the October sketch challenge on the Bo Bunny Blog for a challenge to myself...I keep meaning to enter challenges and never do. Here is the sketch.
I'm not usually a big fan of really themed papers because I'm not very good at using papers/embellishments for anything other than what the theme suggests. However, I love how other people can use things that seem totally random on their pages. All the same, when Maggie Holmes put out her Confetti collection, I resisted the temptation because I just couldn't imagine using it enough. Buuuuut...oh my, as soon as I saw Bo Bunny You're Invited, I knew I had to get some for Rose's birthday photos. I figured I would do a favourite photo 12x12 plus some pocket pages, however, her birthday seemed to last forever as we celebrated it early as my parents were visiting, then we had her real birthday and then she had presents arrive on consecutive days so there are HEAPS of photos! So I hope I don't run out of paper ;-) I decided to enter the October sketch challenge on the Bo Bunny Blog for a challenge to myself...I keep meaning to enter challenges and never do. Here is the sketch. For my page, I didn't strictly stick with the number of tags because I wanted to use the balloons and bunting and figured they would replace some of the tags, but the general organisation of the page is the same. Here is my layout. I now have a bunch of pocket pages to get done and I can't wait to get started!

AuthorI'm Natalia, co-owner of Bali Suga Crafts, mother of two kids and wife of another! I started scrapbooking when I lived in Australia in the back of beyond and made the mistake of going into the local post office....aka the shop I spent the most money in (not that there was a lot to choose from). There I discovered scrapbooking supplies as well as a weekly class on a Tuesday night and haven't looked back since then! ![]() Archives
