Exciting but slightly scary news, we have a spot at the Encraftment market on the 1st June! We had been waiting to hear and in the meantime were busy sewing food in case we got a spot, so I have cake container full of tarts, sandwiches and other sweet treats ready to go! I really hope we make a few sales as this will be the first ever market I have tried selling at.
I'm very excited to see that there is going to be an Encraftment Market on Queens Birthday weekend as I missed the Christmas one. Even more exciting is that there is a theme this time...a British theme. This got my mind racing with thoughts of high tea with little fruit tarts and sandwiches and asparugus rolls, strawberries and cream and tea cups and doilies....ohh so delightful. So I am going to be brave and put an application form in to have a stall. This is a pretty big commitment as it is only six weeks away so will have a lot of felt food crafting if we get a spot but it just makes me excited thinking about it!
Here is an example of the sort of food that we will have there.
I'm Natalia, co-owner of Bali Suga Crafts, mother of two kids and wife of another! I started scrapbooking when I lived in Australia in the back of beyond and made the mistake of going into the local post office....aka the shop I spent the most money in (not that there was a lot to choose from). There I discovered scrapbooking supplies as well as a weekly class on a Tuesday night and haven't looked back since then!
